Every personalised bulk order is created specifically for you and therefore follows a different process from our standard orders.From understanding your requirements and creating the design to making revisions and obtaining your final approval, every step is carefully planned to ensure your order is exactly as envisioned.To avoid any last-minute delays, we recommend placing your personalised bulk order at least one month before your event or preferred delivery date.Production begins only after the final design has been approved by you.Any changes requested after the final approval may require a revised production timeline and, where applicable, may incur additional charges.
3. Delivery Time
Once dispatched, standard orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days.Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability and unforeseen logistical circumstances.Please note that estimated delivery timelines are indicative and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.The applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver across PAN India.International shipping is not available at this time.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

While we’ll do our best to update your details before dispatch, we cannot guarantee changes once your order enters processing or has been shipped.
9. Damaged, Missing or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.To help us verify your request, an uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed shipping package is opened, along with clear photographs of the product, is mandatory.Please note:
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video and supporting images may not be eligible for review.
Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Once your request has been verified, our team will guide you through the replacement process.
